PURPOSE: AtWRKY46 gene is provided to play a pivotal role in the space environment by helping plants to adapt to the space and survive because the gene specifically responds under a microgravity environment. CONSTITUTION: A gene expression pattern in the space environment is analyzed using a transgenic transformant which is prepared by AtWRKY46 gene. The gene encodes an amino acid of sequence number 21. A plant is selected among Arabidopsis thaliana, tomato plants, and tobacco plants. |
