Disclosed is an arcade game operation information management system comprising an operation information display device for each arcade game machine to manage the game operation information and a method therefor, characterized by installing a game IC card terminal for issuing and managing a game IC card in an arcade and by installing a means for interfacing with the game IC card in each of the operation information display devices to manage the game operation information of arcade game machine by using the game IC card issued to a user. The present invention is also characterized in that a device such as an existing operation information display device collects and stores game operation information through a game machine and communication, further generates and stores information on speculative behavior by using basis information for determining speculation to compress and transmit the speculative information to the game IC card, records the compressed information in an IC card when the IC card is functioned as an automated teller machine, extracts and stores the compressed speculative information and game operation information when game money (score) is exchanged in the game IC card terminal.
