PURPOSE: A method for providing information of liver enzyme-related single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) is provided to predict disease occurrence risk related to a liver enzyme using an SNP marker related to quantitative change of the liver enzyme. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing or predicting type 2 diabetes, heart diseases, dyslipidemia, or liver diseases contains a primer set which is complementary to one or more SNPs selected from the group consisting of SNP rs11066280, rs2074356, rs12229654, rs11066453, rs4835265, and rs12539316. The subject of the diagnosis or prediction is Korean, Japanese, or Chinese. A method for providing diagnosis or prediction of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, dyslipidemia, or liver diseases related to quantitative change of the liver enzyme comprises the step of detecting SNP rs11066280, rs2074356, rs756825, rs11066453, rs4835265, or rs12539316 in DNA obtained from an individual. |
