The present invention provides a vibration isolation module for reducing earthquake vibration, capable of obtaining low manufacturing costs and vibration reduction performance without construction speciality. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vibration isolation module includes a lower plate having a flat floor surface of a fixed area; an upper plate facing the lower plate by being located above the lower plate; a plurality of ball bearings which is located between the upper plate and the lower plate so that steel balls are in point contact with the upper plate and support horizontal displacement of the upper plate in a rolling contact; and one or more high damping rubbers returning the displaced upper plate to an original position with a viscoelastic restitution force as one and the other end are individually fixed to the lower plate and the upper plate, respectively.
