The present invention relates to an exercise device for strengthening testicular muscles, comprising: a testicular muscle protector (10) for enveloping the testicles and testicular muscles of a user which are placed at the root part of a penis; a connector (20) connected to the testicular muscle protector while enveloping the outer circumference part of the testicular muscle protector; a tightening string (30) having a middle part thereof connected to the connector and having both end parts extended upward of the body of the user while enveloping the testicular muscle protector; a binder (40) for binding the tightening string enveloping the testicular muscle protector not to be loosened; and a weight part (50) connected to the connector to exert weight on the testicular muscles. Accordingly, the present invention acquires the effect of developing the lower energizer, such as extending a penis, controlling an ejaculation, and achieving a relieving urination and the like, by inducing a strong erectility through arousing and exercising muscles, ligaments and nervous tissues latent inside the testicular muscles which are moved by a movement of the weight part hung at the testicular muscles after attaching the testicular muscle protector to the testicular muscles. |
