<p>Method and device for cleaning fish in successive work steps with the one and the same cleaning device (10) combining a scaling member (20), a blade (40) for opening the fish's belly and an entrail removal member (30). The scaling of the fish is performed with the embossed scaling member (20) of the cleaning device, after which the blade (40) of the cleaning device is exposed and the fish's belly is opened. After that, the blade of the cleaning device is turned so that it is not exposed and the fish's entrails are removed with the spoon-like entrail removal member (30) of the cleaning device.</p> |
