The prosthesis (12) has a connection unit (16) formed at ends for fixing the prosthesis at bone or joint parts, where the ends are turned away from each other, where the prosthesis is made from solid material. A nerve retainer retains nerve (4) and extends between the ends of the prosthesis. The retainer is formed by a retaining channel and inserted into a prosthesis part. The channel is locked by another prosthesis part that is supported at the former prosthesis part in a movable manner over a hinge-like joint. An implant retainer is formed at an outer side of the prosthesis. |
