The device has a fixing part (3) including U-shaped section forming a clamp (5) which contacts with a rabbet (7). The clamp has a base (10) which is lined by two lateral legs (12) using a reinforcing frame (14). A sealing gasket (15) is placed in the base of the clamp and contacts with the rabbet to ensure sealing with the rabbet. The gasket has a rubber composition with a base of thermoplastic elastomer which presents a shore hardness measured according to American society for testing and materials (ASTM) D2240 standard, where the shore hardness is lower than 40.
