The present invention relates to a kneader having an improved structure so as to increase production speed. The kneader according to the present invention comprises: a cover having an insertion hole formed therein, wherein a supply pipe to which a dough powder is supplied is inserted through the insertion hole; a bottom case that has a top surface opened, bonds to the bottom end of the cover so as to form a spatial part between the same and the cover, and includes a discharge hole formed to penetrate therethrough so as to connect the spatial part with the outside; a rotating disc formed in a disc shape and installed to be able to rotate in the spatial part formed though the cover and the bottom case; a nozzle disposed at the top of the rotating disc so as to supply a liquid to be mixed with the dough powder; and a plurality of blades bonded to the rotating disc and rotating along with the rotating disc. The dough powder is supplied on the top surface of the rotating disc through the supply pipe, and the liquid is supplied on the top surface of the rotating disc from the nozzle. The dough powder and liquid are mixed while rotated by means of the blades bonded to the rotating disc. The mixture is moved to the edges of the rotating disc through a centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotating disc. Then, the mixture falls downwards through a gap between the rotating disc and the bottom case in order to be discharged through the discharge hole. |
