PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push button device of a telephone call apparatus which hardly causes blacklashing by providing a bearing not at left and right ends but at an easy-to-see position with respect to a rotary shaft. SOLUTION: A button member 11 comprises: a push button 11a at the center; rotary shafts 16 at an upper part; an elastic piece 18 for performing elastic return against a depression operation at a lower part; two sets of holding parts 22 comprising a pair of holding pieces 22a and 22b holding the rotary shafts 16 to support the rotary shafts 16 pivotably at the rear face of a case top 1; and a fixing rib 24 for being engaged with the elastic piece 18 to prevent blacklashing of the button member 11 in the direction of the rotary shaft.
