PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict tire performance of a pneumatic tire having a newly designed tread pattern. SOLUTION: Analysis (G analysis) of rolling in a flat road surface model of a tire model in which the shape, structure and material of a pneumatic tire are divided into a limited number of elements and analysis (L analysis) of rolling in a road undulation model including an undulation finer than the width of narrow grooves of a partial block model indicating a part of a tread pattern having the narrow grooves formed thereon are separately executed.
