PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of enhancing a keratotic plug removing effect in a cleansing agent. SOLUTION: The keratotic plug removing cosmetic composition is one used in a manner that the time of contact with pores of the skin is at least 1 min, and it is washed away after being used and comprises (1) 1-4 mass% water, (2) 0.05-3 mass% ester of an N-acylamino acid, and (3) 10-20 mass% hydrophilic nonionic surfactant having a branched alkyl group in the molecule. It is characterized in that it has a dosage form in which the water phase is solubilized in the oil phase and exhibits properties of being transparent and flowable at 25°C. It is used in a manner that it is infiltrated into a substrate, the substrate is kept stuck to nasal wings for 5 min or longer, the substrate is peeled from the nasal wings, and the site to which the substrate is stuck is washed with water.
