The support (1) has a spacer element (7) that lies between a holding unit (4) and a building surface (30). The holding unit is operatively connected with the building surface to be isolated by a mechanical active connection unit (8) by the spacer element. The holding unit comprises a support plate (4.1) and/or a supporting shell (4.2). The plate comprises a detachable sub-panel by which a plate aperture (31) is produced or enlarged. The plate comprises detachable parts, and the spacer element comprises a warm-damming material i.e. warm-damming expanded polystyrene. The building surface includes an insulating material that is selected from foam made of polyurethane and/or an expanded polystyrene, and/or polyethylene terephthalate and/or in-situ polyurethane and/or glass wool and/or mineral wool. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a device support on a building surface to be isolated. |
