PURPOSE: A double facade structure of a building including a damper is provided to perform an efficient air conditioning function by selectively controlling vertical air circulation in a hollow layer. CONSTITUTION: A double facade structure comprises an outer facade(100), an inner facade(300), a hollow layer(500), and a damper(700). The outer facade is connected to the outside and comprises one or more air vents(110). The inner facade is separated from the outer facade with regular intervals and comprises one or more ventilation holes(310). The hollow layer comprises an empty space between the outer facade and the inner facade. The damper is formed in the hollow layer and controls vertical air flow in the hollow layer by connecting the outer facade and the inner facade. |
