<p>The present abstract relates to a utility model of a lifting mechanism (1) for a movable lower grill (103) in the field of barbecue grill components and comprises: a crank (2) mounted on lateral posts of the frame (100) of the barbecue grill, and at the midpoint of which is provided an axial screw (3); a rotating transverse shaft (4) arranged under the fixed upper grill (101), and at one end of which is arranged a gear (5) that meshes with the screw (3); pulleys (6) mounted at respective ends of the shaft (4), and steel cables (7) the ends of which are attached to the pulleys (6) and the lower ends of which are attached to lateral flaps (8) of the lower grill (103); with a frame for housing and protecting the thus obtained mechanism, said frame substantially comprising two hollow posts (10) arranged at the centre of the sides of the frame (100), said hollow posts (10) housing the screws (3), gears (5), pulleys (6) and steel cables (7), and having longitudinal slots (11) oriented inwards towards the barbecue grill and receiving the flaps (8), and a top hollow crossbeam (20) mounted between the upper ends of the posts (10), arranged under the fixed upper grill (101) and housing the shaft (4), and a device (30) for adjusting the crank (2) to the masonry windscreen.</p> |
