The pliers (1) have two plier halves (2, 3) that are connected with one another over a joint (7), where one of the plier halves forms a rinsing channel (15). The channel is arranged such that the channel connects a surface (18) of the plier half with an inner surface (17) of a joint element (13.1) of the joint. The channel has a rinsing nozzle, and the plier half has a recess (22) between a jaw part (4) and branches (5, 6) such that the plier halves are partially arranged at a distance from each other between the jaw part and the branches in an unloaded condition of the pliers. |
