<p>The invention relates to a device for damping pressure vibrations and limiting torque within a hydraulic system for actuating a clutch of a motor vehicle, comprising a pressure line (1) through which a fluid flows. The device comprises a hollow cylindrical double-walled housing (5) which operates on the basis of a Helmholtz resonator, which is designed as a vibration absorber, which forms a channel, and the end face opening of which is closed by a cover. The housing is equipped with an insert (2) that has an inner pressure chamber through which the fluid flows, which comprises a pressure chamber wall, and which has openings in the pressure chamber wall for the inflow or outflow. A movable diaphragm (3) is arranged in the pressure chamber, said diaphragm being designed to be moved from at least one opening to at least one other opening by the fluid flow in the pressure chamber and at the same time to come into contact with the pressure chamber wall in the region of at least one opening. The diaphragm (3) has at least two diaphragm openings, at least one diaphragm opening being closed by the pressure chamber wall when the diaphragm comes into contact with the pressure chamber wall.</p> |
