Dicarbonyl compounds (I) are new. Dicarbonyl compounds of formula (I) are new. R11 : monovalent and fluorinated 1-18C organic group (having 35-85 wt.% F); R1 : aryl (substituted by optionally cyclic 5-14C alkylene, arylene, diarylene-alkane or dialkylene); B1 : -O- or -N(R2)-; R2 : H, aliphatic 1-12C hydrocarbyl or monovalent and fluorinated 1-18C organic group (having 35-85 wt.% F); X : polymeric polyol having at least two repeating units, which is obtained after removing 2 OH groups; E : -O- or -N(R3)-; R3 : 1-12C hydrocarbyl or H; Y1 : chemical bond or 2-20C divalent group; and Z : organic group having polymerizable unit.
