The present invention relates to a seatbelt buckle device, comprising: a buckle assembly for locking and releasing a tongue plate; and upper and lower covers in which the buckle assembly is built. The buckle assembly comprises: a base frame which is settled and combined to the lower cover; a latch member whose one end is supported at the both sides of the base frame to be rotated and which is inserted into a connection hole of the tongue plate; an ejector assembly for locking and releasing the latch member; and a release button for releasing the locked tongue plate; an opening which is installed in the front side of the upper cover and which is combined with the release button; a front side plate which is connected to the lower side of the opening; a horizontal wall which is formed on the inner side of both side walls of the upper cover and on the lower side of the release button for supporting the release button; and a vertical wall which is formed and extended from the inner end of the horizontal wall, downward as far as a fixed length. The tongue plate is guided and inserted by the horizontal and vertical walls and the upper side of the bottom plate of the base frame. By using the present invention, when inserting the tongue plate, the tongue plate is prevented from moving vertically and horizontally. |
