PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viewing system of an animation for allowing animations as well as character information to be viewed in an environment where communication speed or processing capability is limited without infringing copyright. SOLUTION: In the viewing system 1 of the animation, a character content server 100 has a content holding means 102 for holding a character content 120 including at least one comment corresponding to a time of day in association with a title of a moving picture, and a terminal 10 has: an animation playback means 21 for playing back animation contents; a character content acquisition means 22 for acquiring the character content corresponding to the title; a time of day calculation means 23 for calculating a passage of time from the playback start of the animation; and a comment display means 24 for displaying the comment superimposed on the animation reproduced by the animation playback means when a comment corresponding to the passage of time is present in the character content.
