PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously solve the problems of high strengthening and adhesion between steel as a base metal and a copper sintering layer since a bearing manufactured by sintering a copper alloy to the steel as the base material has a problem that when C content in the steel is large, a bearing layer is apt to be peeled from the steel after sintering. SOLUTION: By controlling the content of C to 0.2% or below, peeling of the copper sintering layer is suppressed to attain good adhesion. Further addition of Ti and Nb gives the high strength steel sheet in spite of lower content of C than before. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
