The present relates to a one-hand bottle opener which comprises a main body including an insertion space with an open bottom into which the neck of a bottle is inserted, and a fixating ring for covering the bottom of the insertion space to cover the neck of the bottle; a lower handle protruding backwards from the rear outer side of the main body; an upper handle with the front end of an actuation part to be vertically moved in a space above the insertion space; a latch bar including a latch groove in which the bottom edge of the cap of the bottle is caught at the bottom, and a flange part on the circumference of the latch bar; and a spring which is elastically installed between the main body and the flange part of the latch bar. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a one-hand bottle opener which enables a one-hand handicapped person, children, and the old and the infirm to conveniently and safely open a bottle using only one hand to resolve problems of a conventional bottle opener. |
