<p>The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cosmetic brush. The method of the present invention comprises: a first step of bending a brush with a degreasing ring having one of an oval shape, a star shape, a triangular shape, a rectangular shape, a circular shape, and a hexagonal shape; a second step of standing the brush bent in the first step, grasping the brush by using a pair of grasp jigs, and sliding the grasp jigs to a bottom surface of a heat cutting plate while heat-cutting an intermediate portion of the grasped brush; a third step of covering an upper portion of a cutting surface of the brush heat-cut in the second step with a pressing plate representing high thermal conductivity; a fourth step of moving the brush covered with the pressing plate to the bottom surface of the heat cutting plate to press the brush by using the heat cutting plate, so that the cutting surface of the brush is melt and bonded; a fifth step of cooling an upper portion of the pressing plate by using a cooling device after the fourth step has been performed; and a sixth step of removing the pressing plate and removing the brush from a pressing jig. As described above, according to the present invention, one end surface of the brush is melt and bonded, so that the brush is not released from the bundle of the brush. The degreasing ring to band the brush is manufactured in various shapes, so that the brush has various end portion shapes, so the touch feeling of the brush is increased when cosmetics are applied to a face of a person. In addition, various schemes of applying cosmetics can be realized to satisfy various demands of consumers through the variety and a sense of beauty of a product.</p> |
