The present invention relates to a new heating-type Translation-Rotation (TR) holder which may heat a sample and analyze a three-dimensional structure of within a Transverse Electromagnetic (TEM). In particular, it comprises a heat generating portion of which in regards to a 3-axis drive in an usual TR-holder, it connects to (A) an end face of the bottom surface of the sample cup while all or a part of the base end surface and a contact surface which covers the outside of a thermally expanded heat transfer portion, it connects with (B) a power line of the heat generating mechanism which is connected to an access terminal and the heat generating portion, and has a (C) an insulation fixing portion which fixes the heat generation potion to the TR-holder adiabatically. According to the invention, by using TEM, the changes in temperature or the three-dimensional structure of the mineral materials can be easily analyzed because it allows observing the sample to move in x-y-z axis freely while heating the sample. |
