PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a communication model for responding to a request for various services by describing retrieval conditions even in a key uniquely defined by a user. SOLUTION: An indirect communication device 60 is provided with: a communication part 61 for communicating with a terminal; a first storage part 63 for storing a U-tuple in event type communication; a second storage part 65 for storing a U-tuple in command type communication; a first matching processing part 62 for, when all the sets of keys and values included in a U-tuple for event type reading are defined as retrieval conditions, determining whether or not all the retrieval conditions are satisfied by a U-tuple for event type writing; and a second matching processing part 64 for, when the set of keys and values having the keys included in a U-tuple for command type reading among the sets of the keys and values included in the U-tuple for command type writing is defined as retrieval conditions, determining whether or not all the retrieval conditions are satisfied by the U-tuple for command type reading.
