PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board punching machine capable of confirming a drill diameter used for machining or existence of breaking in a short time. SOLUTION: The printed circuit board punching machine 4 includes a table 6 movable in an X direction and a plurality of spindles 22n (n=1-4) movable in a Y direction perpendicular to the X direction and in a Z direction perpendicular to the X, Y direction, retains a drill at a distal end of the spindle 22n and machines a hole on the workpiece by the drill by moving the table 6 and the spindle 22n in the XY direction. In this case, a sensor 30 constituted of a light emitting unit 30a for outputting a light 31 and a light receiving unit 30b for receiving the light 31 is provided, the light emitting unit 30 is arranged on one end part in the Y direction of the table 6 where the X direction is within a workpiece placement area Ws such that an optical axis O of the light 31 is inclined to the Y direction by a predetermined angleθ, and the light receiving unit 30b is arranged on the other end part in the Y direction of the table 6 where the X direction is within the workpiece placement area Ws such that a center of a light receiving surface is made vertical to the optical axis O.
