The present invention relates to a vehicle weather strip drilling device, and more particularly, to a weather strip drilling device capable of removing a drill chip when a hole through which a clip for installing a weather strip on an inner panel of a vehicle door is fitted in the weather strip is formed. A vehicle weather strip drilling device according to the present invention includes: a drill bit which forms a clip hole in a bottom surface of a vehicle weather strip and has a hollow hole longitudinally passing through a central part thereof such that a drill chip generated when forming the clip hole is introduced into the hollow hole; a spindle having a lower end part for holding the drill bit and rotated by a motor and including a hollow hole longitudinally passing through a central part thereof, wherein the hollow hole communicates with the hollow hole of the drill bit; an ejecting rod inserted in the hollow hole formed in the central part of the spindle to downwardly push and eject the drill chip from a lower end part of the drill bit in the hollow hole thereof after drilling the weather strip; a rotation support block fitted on and coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the spindle to support the spindle and allow rotation thereof; an elevating cylinder for vertically moving the rotation support block; an ejecting cylinder for downwardly pressing and pushing an upper end part of the ejecting rod such that the ejecting rod downwardly pushes and ejects the drill chip from the lower end part of the drill bit in the hollow hole thereof; and a drill chip removing part using a vacuum to suction and recover the drill chip discharged downward from the drill bit by the ejecting rod.
