PURPOSE: A system and a method for reducing the turning radius of a vehicle using an electronic parking brake are provided to reduce the turning radius of a vehicle when operating the full turn of a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: A system for reducing the turning radius of a vehicle using an electronic parking brake comprises an EPB(Electronic Parking Brake) operating button(11), an EPB actuator(12), an EPB controller(13), a turning radius reduction operating button(14), and a steering angle sensor(15). The EPB actuator is separately installed left and right rear wheels for generating a parking braking force with respect to the rear wheel according to the operation of the EPB operating button. The EPB controller controls the driving of the EPB actuator. The turning radius reduction operating button is operated by a driver for reducing the turning radius of a vehicle. The steering angle sensor senses a steering angle according to the operation of a steering wheel by the driver.
