The present invention relates to a cylinder air amount variation control unit applied to a continuous variable valve lift apparatus comprising: a cam shaft having an input cam; an eccentric control shaft installed to be parallel to the cam shaft; a control link installed to be able to rotate on the eccentric control shaft; a valve opening and closing unit; an output cam installed to open and close the valve opening and closing unit; a connection link connected to the control link, able to rotate, and driving the output cam by the rotation of the input cam; and a cam cap having the cam shaft and the eccentric control shaft, wherein the cylinder air amount variation control unit includes: a hinge pin used as a rotational center of the output cam, and installed to be parallel to the cam shaft; a pin holder having the hinge pin; and an adjusting bolt selectively moving the position of the pin holder.
