PURPOSE: An integrated heat management system of a vehicle and a heat management control method using the same improve the fuel efficiency of the vehicle by optimizing heat management with an engine and integrated control of an automatic transmission. CONSTITUTION: The failure of a control valve, which opens and closes a passage forming a cooling-water circulation flow between an engine and an automatic transmission in a key on process for starting the engine, is detected (S20). After the engine is started (S40) in a normal state of the control valve, the temperature of cooling water and the temperature of the automatic transmission are detected (S50).
