PURPOSE: An online and offline convergence type shopping support system is provided to offer a service to a person or a family of the person using a mutual close market of an area by a service provider and to analyze use tendency and to offer a suitable product. CONSTITUTION: A family unit service using pattern analyzing server (100) stores and manages personal information and family information and analyzes using information of a person or a family of the person and stores and manages it. The family unit service using pattern analyzing server obtains order information from a personal terminal (200) and transmits the order information to an affiliated company management server and performs payment processing for an order product with the personal terminal. The personal terminal provides person or family information to the family unit service using pattern analyzing server and performs a service order. The personal terminal stores and manages the service type and advertisement information of an affiliated company which is provided from an affiliated company terminal. A family unit service use affiliated company management server (300) obtains the order information and extracts affiliated company information and provides the corresponding order information to the affiliated company terminal.
