The present invention relates to a cogging-offsetting dual-rotor motor, which includes a housing with internal space; a stator fixed in the internal space of the housing and surrounded by a coil; an outer rotor facing the outer wheel of the stator; an inner rotor facing the inner wheel of the stator; and a dual rotor with a rotation unit connecting the outer rotor to the inner rotor integrally and having a rotation axis at the center while multiple first permanent magnets arranged on the outer rotor in the circumference direction and the same number of multiple second permanent magnets arranged on the inner rotor in the circumference direction form a first angle set in a radical shape with the center on the rotation axis. The cogging-offsetting dual-rotor type motor according to the present invention is capable of reducing vibration and noises by offsetting cogging torque between the inter rotor and the outer rotor.
