The present invention relates to a method for inhibiting the fructification of ginseng berry using maleic hydrazide and a ginseng plant produced by the method, and more specifically, to a method for inhibiting the fructification of ginseng berry including a step of processing a ginseng plant with maleic hydrazide; and the ginseng plant produced by the method with the inhibited fructification of the ginseng berry.
