HBV genome comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding W4P preS1 varaint and use thereof

PURPOSE: An HBV genome is provided to induce synthesis of a coat antigen and to screen a candidate material for treating HBV infection with high genome replication and virion productivity. CONSTITUTION: An HBV genome contains a nucleotide sequence encoding W4P preS1 mutant protein of HBV. The HBV genome is type A or C. The HBV genome has 1433^th to 4674^th bases in a base sequence of sequence number 1. The HBV has 1448^th to 4694^th bases in a base sequence of sequence number 2. The generation of non-infectious and infectious viruses is measured by the expression of coat antigens. The generation of non-infectious virus is measured by genome replication potential or virion productivity.
