摘要 PURPOSE: High phosphorus-content hot rolled steel with an excellent impact characteristic and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to guarantee price competitiveness by utilizing high P-content low-grade iron ore without dephosphorization and structural steel with excellent strength. CONSTITUTION: High phosphorus-content hot rolled steel with an excellent impact characteristic includes 0.05-0.3% of C, 0.5-3.0% of Mn, 0.1-0.2% of P, balance Fe and other unavoidable impurity. The prior austenite grain is a ferrite structure, the inside of the grain is a bainite structure, the area fraction of the ferrite is 10-30% and the area fraction of the bainite is 70-90%. The hot-rolled steel further includes more than one of less than 1.0% of Si, less than 2.0% of Cr and less than 3.0% of Ni. The tensile strength of the hot-rolled steel is 600-800 MPa.
