The present invention relates to an oriented electrical steel sheets and a manufacturing method thereof. Linear grooves are formed on the surface of the oriented electrical steel sheets. The groove is formed to have first and second lateral surfaces facing each other on the electrical steel sheets. A lower width (W1) is 15 um or less. The depth (DG) of the grooves is 3-30 um. A groove forming factor (DG/W1) is in a range of 0.5-2.5. |
