The present invention provides a method of controlling regeneration of a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) including the steps of: setting a reference outdoor temperature range in which a suitable degree of white smoke is exhausted in regeneration of DPF; measuring outdoor temperature of a vehicle; determining a difference between temperature set in the reference outdoor temperature range and the measured temperature by comparing the measured temperature with the temperature set in the reference outdoor temperature range; and rising the DPF temperature at one among temperature rising speeds of the DPF set according to levels of the outdoor temperature in the reference outdoor temperature range to perform the regeneration.
