The present invention relates to a curing method of tire which supplies a pressure source and a heat source to a green tire when curing the green tire within a curing mold. Especially, the curing method of tire enhances productivity and has improved its quality by controlling a total calorie which is generated from the heat source required for curing the green tire and flown into the bladder through a flowmeter installed in the supplying pipe. For this, in terms of the method of curing the green tire (1) by the use of a heat source supplied through the center mechanism (4) with the curing mold (3) closed after the green tire (1) is inserted into the curing mold (3) of the curing instrument (100) by the use of a loader (2), the method includes: a step where the openness/closeness of the curing mold (3) is checked by the use of the sensor (5); a step where the opening time of the curing mold (3) is accumulated and an extended time for appropriate curing is calculated by the curing extension time calculation logic (8) of the PLC (6) according to the accumulated opening time of the curing mold (3); and a step where a calorie is supplied to the green tire (1) undergoing curing procedures within the curing mold (3) closed according to the extended time for appropriate curing. |
