The present invention relates to a method for coating a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film of a cushion pad for an LCD module. The purpose of the present invention is to seat and coat a TPU film easier on the surface of molding foam by using or not using a hard film according to the thickness of the TPU film, in a process of manufacturing a cushion pad of a structure where the TPU film is seated and coated on the surface of the molding foam. To this end, the present invention provides a method for coating an upper surface of molding foam which forms a cushion layer by being foamed and molded on an upper surface of a black PET film, in a process of manufacturing a cushion pad for an LCD module, which is provided to be attached to an outer edge of the front of a guide panel which composes the LCD module to prevent leakage of light between a liquid crystal glass panel and the cushion pad and prevent an inflow of dust. The method comprises the steps of: (a) consecutively supplying a TPU film formed in a form of a roll with the same size as a black PET film to prepare the TPU film; (b) coating, with an adhesive, the surface of the TPU film prepared in the step (a); and (c) arranging an adhesive coated surface of the TPU film, where the adhesive is coated in the step (b), on the upper surface of molding foam on an upper part of a tape, where both-sided adhesives are applied, and seating and coating the TPU film while pressurizing the TPU film by a press roll. |
