The present invention relates to an antimycotic method using lacquer sap and, more specifically, to putting up a wallpaper and a linoleum after coating lacquer sap onto a wall or a floor during an interior construction of a building. According to the present invention, by directly coating lacquer sap between the wall and the wallpaper or between the floor and the linoleum, during an interior construction process of a building, a direct contact between the skin of a human body and the air, existing between the wall and the wallpaper or between the floor and the linoleum, can be avoided, at the same time suppressing the inhabitation of fungi.
