A rice planting machine with a soil preparation device, in which a situation that the user forgets to engage or disengage the clutch of the soil preparation device is reliably prevented from occurring. A planting part (2) is connected in a liftable manner to the rear of a traveling part (1). The soil preparation device (4) is installed in a liftable manner on the field-ground contact surface of a float (29) fitted to the planting part (2). The rice planting machine has a clutch mechanism used to drive and stop the soil preparation device (4) and also has an operation arm (126) for engaging and disengaging the clutch mechanism. The operation arm (126) is caused to engage and disengage the clutch in association with up and down of an up-down operation lever (48) of the soil preparation device (4). |
