The present invention relates to an under cover with high sound absorption properties for a vehicle exterior and, more specifically, to an under cover with high sound absorption properties for a vehicle exterior which has excellent weight reducing effect and excellent sound absorption properties by using more than two kinds of thermoplastic synthetic fibers. The under cover with high sound absorption properties for a vehicle exterior includes a felt layer formed with a reinforcement fiber and a binder fiber. A film layer is laminated on the upper surface and the lower surface of the felt layer.
