<p>The present invention relates to a method for the expression analysis of a large amount of proteins using an antigen-antibody reaction in a liquid phase and, more specifically, to a method of detecting various kinds of proteins by making the proteins react at the same time using an antigen-antibody reaction in a complete liquid phase and a DNA microarray technology. The method of the present invention performs the antigen-antibody reaction in a liquid phase, thereby having high sensitivity and accuracy compared to a case of performing the antigen-antibody reaction in a solid-liquid phase, and uses the DNA microarray technology, thereby remarkably reducing the analysis time and the amount of analyzing samples.
