The present invention relates to a combined thermoelectric generator and hot water supplying apparatus. The combined thermoelectric generator and hot water supplying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a hot water supplying part heating cold water at an ambient temperature after receiving the cold water from a cold water pipe, and then supplying hot water through a hot water pipe after heating the cold water to a certain temperature or more; and a thermoelectric module interposed between the cold water pipe and the hot water pipe, and converting thermal energy due to a temperature difference into electric energy, wherein the thermoelectric module includes: a low-temperature end installed between the cold water pipes, forming a path in which the cold water flows, and made from a material with thermal conductivity relatively higher than the thermal conductivity of the cold water pipe; a high-temperature end installed between the hot water pipes, forming a path in which the hot water flows, and made from a material with thermal conductivity relatively higher than the thermal conductivity of the hot water pipe; and a thermoelectric element bonded between the low-temperature end and the high-temperature end, and generating an electromotive force due to the temperature difference. According to the present invention above, power is produced by thermoelectric generation due to the temperature difference between the low-temperature end and the high-temperature end, thereby variously utilizing the combined thermoelectric generator and hot water supplying apparatus at home or business establishments.
