Provided is a sample alignment device comprising a seating part with a seating groove in which an optical sample is mounted so that the straight face of the optical sample formed in a semicircular shape protrudes; and an alignment part which guides the movement of the seating part along a moving path and aligns the straight face in a set alignment direction by pressing the straight face.
