PURPOSE: A battery module assembly has a compact structure by having a structure mounting an assembly cover and an assembly type module cover to an accommodation part containing a base plate and to increase self-rigidity while preventing volume increase. CONSTITUTION: A battery module assembly comprises two or more battery modules (100) having two or more plate-like battery cells and terminal parts; a base plate accommodating a module accommodation part whereby the side wall structure is bent upwardly on the outer surface; an upper cover plate including a downwardly bent side wall and forming an upper side of a module assembly; a plate-like assembly cover coupled to the battery modules and fixing a cable; and an electrically insulating module cover (200) which is fixed to the base plate and an assembly cover. |
