Disclosed is an inorganic carbonation device for carbon dioxide using industrial waste and enzymes. An embodiment of the present invention provides the inorganic carbonation device for carbon dioxide which comprises the following: a carbon dioxide absorption device producing bicarbonate (HCO_3^-) by receiving carbon dioxide and water; an electrolysis reaction device producing a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution on a reduction electrode through a first reaction; and a mineralization reaction device producing carbonic acid ions by receiving the bicarbonate from being connected to the carbon dioxide adsorption device and the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution from the electrolysis reaction device, and producing carbonate through a second reaction using metal ions extracted from the waste.
