In a mobile communication system, a terminal receives a time division duplex (TDD) composition change message which includes TDD composition change time information from a base station, changes the TDD composition based on the TDD composition change time information, and transmits a data channel and/or a response channel to the base station based on the transmission section between the data channel and the response channel. The transmission section is a determined section for mapping a first sub frame for transmitting one of the response channel and the data channel before the TDD composition change to a second sub frame for transmitting one of the response channel and the data channel after the TDD composition change.
