In a positive-charged single layer type electrophotographic photoreceptor with a photosensitive layer containing at least a binding resin and a charge transporting material on a photosensitive layer support with thickness of 0.7 mm or less, 110 wt% or less of the charge transporting material is contained relative to 100 wt% of the binding resin when the charge transporting material comprises only the hole transporting material, and 130 wt% or less of the hole transporting material and 5 wt% or more of the electron transporting material are contained relative to 100 wt% of the binding resin, when the charge transporting material comprises the hole transporting material and an electron transporting material.
