The present invention relates to a chair with a curved back support, in which the back support is configured to have a plurality of regions, and is liked to a support frame by link connection so that the support plate is in cooperation with the pivotal movement of the support frame, thereby constantly stably supporting a neck of a seating person even though the position of the back support is changed. The chair includes a seating plate; a back support having a head rest supporting a head of the seating person and divided into plural regions; a support frame with a lower portion pivotally coupled to the seating plate so that the back support is tilted rearward at a given angle, and an upper end hinged to one side of the back support; an interlocking link with a lower end hinged to the seating plate and an upper end hinged to one side of the back support; and a transmission link with both ends pivotally coupled to a third hinge portion provided at one side of the back support. One end of the interlocking link is pivotally coupled to the transmission link.
